Tours cancelled 24hrs prior to the tour starting time can be cancelled for a 100% full refund. Tours cancelled within 24hrs of the tour starting time, no refund.

Tour can be cancelled through your online booking ticket, or by contacting us by email at reservation@triptomo.com

The email time stamp on the cancellation email received will determine the 24hr refund period.
